About Badlands

Hello to everybody,

I have some questions about the upcoming features, the "badlands" .

How does work the challenger for the domination of a solar rail? the clan/alliance battle have some "categories" or not? ( for example, if i joined into an alliance of 3 shadows clan, can we challenge a moon clan (or an alliance of 3000 players) and vice versa? or i and my clan/alliance can only combat with clan/alliance with the same amount of players?

In the first case i doubt that the game would very balanced...how can a small alliance win or keep the control of a tower for a long time if 3000 players attack? they haven't the resources for reward all the players. In the end only large alliances would make sense to exist, and this would force all the little clans to entry in a vast and dispersive alliance. For me this don't have any sense, the challenges should be equilibrated, with categories. For those who do not belong to any clan, I suppose, or at least I hope, that the battles for the towers are divided by category, starting with Mercury from the smaller alliances to climb up to Pluto, with the covenants of 3000 players

p.s. sorry for my english

They have already tried to keep it clear.  The solar rails are all based on alliance values.  Meaning that the research costs, the build costs, and the value of the rails are the same for everyone.  Which also means that the support for each sides rails is also the same.

This means that any single player ghost clan that manages to make a solar rail would have to challenge to get hold of a badlands node and could end up challenging a full 3000 member alliance for a spot.  Realize though that the way it plays out is a lot like an invasion mission.  More players then just the alliance members will be part of the choice.  Any player playing when a "conflict" begins will have to chose sides and each mission completion for a side will reduce the structure of the opposing sides rail.

Your small alliance may not have the resources of a larger alliance but it could still get the support of other players to allow you to get control of the node.  It will be each clan and alliance's choice as to just how many people they ally with to get extra resources to use for their construction.
