IronRushBR
Hello guys! I was a time off from Warframe (waiting things, more endgame content, etc...) and back a week ago. I have noted when I am not host, my fps is suffering. I dont know, I never see that before because I have a good rig. I remember few months ago, who was hosting had fps impact, not the client. Any changes about it? Weird...
Eric1738
u dont have problem when hosting? then it might be due to poor host or bad connection?
CandyDragon
Uhm... Are you talking about visual lag or stuttering across the map due to packet loss.
IronRushBR
thanks for the answers guys... I am talking about fps loss. No, when I am hosting I don't have impact anymore. But I am playing right now with a friend (he isnt good host) and I am having massive fps impact. When I am playing, my fps is never less than 90. NEVER. Even when hosting for 3 players. Now when he is hosting, I am having 50.

Now when he is hosting, I am having 50. can be due to a lot of things. I do notice when not hosting the "infinity" stretching of ragdolls happens more often for whatever reasons. When they stretch far beyond the map and keep being rendered I hit a FPS loss. Granted I don't bottom out below 80ish ever. Its still apparent that it occurred for a moment. May suggest doing the standard Driver update check and verification run on warframe install. May be lucky and its simply a corrupted file. Also double check to make sure you haven't installed anything competing for CPU resources in the background.

IronRushBR
due to bad connection sync mostly :/ yes, probably... When he is hosting, my frame time is 20! I think is some type of sync problem with him.
Veridantus
yes, probably... When he is hosting, my frame time is 20! I think is some type of sync problem with him. Or it could also be the tileset you're playing in.. Some Orokin tileset reduced my fps as well..

Arphila
Funny, same thing happens for me. Some people who I play with my FPS just drops and everything is all slow mo mode ish. Again it doesn't happen with everyone but sometimes there are people who I've run into and played with and the fps lag is just horrible.
IronRushBR
Or it could also be the tileset you're playing in.. Some Orokin tileset reduced my fps as well.. No chance Veridantus. How I said... If I am hosting on the same mission, my fps is never below 90. I was doing some tests here and I can say this "problem" in fact is a solution. A better programming by DE. I am an old warframe player and months ago, if we got a lag mission, was impossible to play because we got completely out of sync. Impossible to kill things. If we shot an enemy they wasn't there anymore. My friend is a bad host but we can play now. I have this fps loss, but the match is playable and I can kill all things normally. They made optimizations due to Ps4.
