Question About Forma.

Okay so we all know we receive one star upon using a forma on an item but what I'm curious is what is the maximum number of stars you can have? For instance if you were to forma a weapon 8 times that would be 8 stars, would I be able to forma those slots with the same polarity hence adding more stars because if there's no limit then I'm thinking of actually going ahead and formaing my favourite weapon over and over until it has so many stars just for the sake of showing off.

Nobody else than you can see your stars unfortunately. But I think you can forma it further than 8 times.

While you can "show off", nobody can see the amount of stars the weapon has besides yourself.

Max. Stars are 13 tested already by Ultranice but u can forma it how much u want

wow thats crazy...never needed more than 6 on a weapon and more than 5 on a frame.

Well with 13 being the max there could be an idea not implemented yet, perhaps an addition to the mod system? This is just pure speculation ofcourse.

Yeah currently you really only need 2 or 3 to make a gun super OP (with potato).  But who knows, perhaps guns will get a new slot like Melee is from Melee 2.0
