De's Policy On Scammers?

So I was trading a few mods so that I could earn enough plat to buy myself another warframe slot.

Low and behold if I wasn't scammed, so I just wanted to know if there's anything I can do or if that's a lost case.

Looked at the F&Q but didn't really find anything.

 

P.S. got a video and everything, but if nothing can be done, so be it. (Not sure how DE is with the whole naming and shaming, so I'll leave the video out of it for now)

Not really sure how that happens. You can see the other person's item before you even put in yours, and are even asked to confirm the trade once it's all set. They don't really "allow" steam trades either, but don't really seem to care as long as you aren't creating threads on their forums. I can't really see you being compensated at all, really. Just try sending in a ticket first if you haven't yet

I wanted to sell 4 mods namly: Blind Rage, Fleeting Expertise, Overextended and Narrow Minded for 25 plat (or 8 plat per mod).

This person "wanted" to buy the bundle, so we agreed on splitting it up so that we would do two trades, 2 mods for 12 plat and then the last 2 mods for 13 plat.

Well he left after he got the first mods and is now ignoring.

 

 

It doesn't really matter, just wanted to know what DE's policy is on such things

Probably didn't know how much they were worth, and sold them for less than he could have

Of course I'm unhappy over 1 plat, wouldn't you be, if this happened to you?

 

Also didn't I say that it didn't matter? And after I did the trade, it was clear to me that the guy was trying to scam me from the start (as in he wanted to trade 10 plat for 3 mods and THEN do another trade with 15 plat for the last mod).

The problem isn't in the amount lost, it's that this sort of thing can happen, with larger sums, bigger trades, etc...

no. The amount of plat is so low anyone I doubt anyone would really care. It will not happen with bigger amounts as people tends to assign values over more expensive mods. You should been bargaining the individual price.
