There is a couple categories for current dojo bugs/oversights/problems:

 

Rooms intersecting each other:

 

Clan Grand Hall <- Clan Greater Hall

Big invisible geometry inside the grand hall, greater hall on the other side of the wall, not sure if it's to blame or not but it seems a fair assumption.

 

Stone Sand Garden <- Dueling Rooms

Dueling room's ceiling intrudes into the garden, it's a flat polygon you can only see from one side (from bellow).

 

Reactors are missing their door icon:

Missing polygons above the door on the ledge above it, can see straight through.

 

Dueling Rooms:

Can see straight into bluefinity why not just mirror the cieling arrangement on the other side of the room?

Last but not least is a pet peeve of mine, baked decorations:

A lot of the new rooms have them including future rooms it seem, please stop it, here is why:

That is a banner we built ourselves, it's where we wanted it, it has our logo, pre-baked banners don't have our logo, they have the generic lotus logo, and we can't move or remove the baked decorations, we want that control. Just give us higher decoration caps, they're laughably low outside the halls, and make them cheaper and faster to build, they're currently as expensive as rooms, and take as long to build.

 

If you really want to include decorations with rooms make them proper decorations we can move/remove, wouldn't give materials back when destroyed for obvious reasons but at least let us control them ourselves and make them use our logo.

The reactor door icon actually does exist, it is just placed wrong. It is inside the reactor, on the left side. I will edit this post in a bit with a screenshot. EDIT: Here is the screenshot, which also shows some of the horrible issues with the reactors on low settings:

I think that in the Oracle the Lotus banners are intended. It is a chapel to the Lotus, hence the banners and the difficulty portal.

 

 

EDIT 2: Some other issues I have seen:

I can't screenshot this because I recently demolished most of my Dojo and my Oracle is rebuilding now, but in the Oracle on the left side right by the curve in the railing you can fall through the floor.

 

In the Reactor you can get past the respawn plane and get down to the lower level. There are quite a few model issues visible because this area was not intended to be visible. I am standing directly below the spot that allows you to get down in this screenshot:

Doubt it, the lotus icon banners are also in the dueling room, and in DS26 they showed them in the observatory etc, the lotus icon is used on banners if your clan doesn't have an emblem.

 

The missing icon is less of an issue though than having control over your decorations imo.

Do the default banners have logos anywhere other than the Oracle? I only see logos on the ones in the Oracle. There are consistency issues with the banners elsewhere, and the customization limitations are annoying, so I agree there. I am just stating that due to the sheer number of banners in the tiny room that is the Oracle it seems to me that they are intended to be Lotus emblems.

it just doesn't make sense at all

 

there is bunch of stuff that should be fixed asap , like

*have warlords to be able to destroy room immediately not to wait 2 hours

*clan halls should be able to be destroyed and moved around no matter the size, like if i want to move grand hall i don't need to destroy all lower halls

*the "can't be destroyed because it has child component attached" even when it doesn't matter and the room could be simply removed

*show warlord who is contributing to the dojo

*you should be able to jump or call/move elevator while in "place decoration" move

*some decorations should cost way less "points" or "points" for some things  should be way increased

maxed the points and the garden still looks empty

Since U13 came out I've been able to fiddle around with some additional rooms and have found some additional bugs/issues:

Progress bar has a weird semi transparent blurry box around it, moved with the progress bar to be edge to edge with the line that moves around full circle to show the progress, if that makes sense, as if glued onto a clock-hand.

Vauban in Space! It's pretty silly that tenno can stand on the sloping glass, looks weird, the orokin lab has a similar large window and railing with an insensible wall, I'd suggest putting an invisible wall in front of the window.

The trees don't really work anywhere on the ground or floor in the dojo, been the case since they were added, and we reported it then, still a problem, to put a tree in the dojo we need to do stuff like:

Which is a bit silly, though on that topic I've asked for plant pots like the ones in the garden concept art, looks silly putting a tree on the floor of a hall with grass growing out of it, and using that small plant+pot as a kind of plant pot by hiding the small plant inside the tree is a bit silly, and they don't scale large enough to look good with a full sized tree.

 

A lot of dojo rooms have no visible text over the door console.

 

We need a better solution to dojo decoration than the current path of pre-baked decorations, the banners with stock lotus logo instead of ours is really annoying, and we have no control over the decorations that are included with the rooms, I've said it before and I'll say it again, lower the cost of decorations, radially increase decoration cap or abolish it, let us design the rooms ourselves, getting a set of decorations some of which we can't even place ourselves is annoying, add the new plants, flowers etc to decorations, and the floating paper lights etc.

Yeah, we definitely need to be given more control.  Most of the time where an object turns red currently, it shouldn't.  We should get to decide if the object goes there or not.  If it doesn't look good, that's our fault.  Instead, you constantly have the game telling you you can't do stuff, even when there's no clipping issue, or when the clipping issue doesn't matter.

 

And we so need more options.  Really, the UI for selecting decorations should include several categories, like plants, furniture, banners, etc.  And we really need more of the stuff.  There should be an all wooden bench, as well as a metal one.  There should be other flower pots, ones without silly glowing twigs in them.  There should be at least 4 statues on pedestals each for the other main factions: Tenno, Infested, and Corpus (rather than just the DE favorite Grineer).  For the clan halls, there should be different textures we can choose for the walls/pillars, the floor, and the main path.  All of this we need more than yet another horde of garden rooms that are just glorified 4-door hallways.

I can't place anything in my leto garden :(

I like the idea of plant pots, right now there are two kind of room, the warm zen gardens and very other cold and austere tenno room.

Can we sit on the bench ? If not we need to. Some plaçable floor discs where we can crouch would be nice, too.

I liek the idea of some warframe statues, no way are we putting grineers on pedestals in our dojo, but there's one thing we have been dreaming about in my clan: the huge excalibur prime statue that can be seen in the orokin vaults, can we bring one home, pretty please ?

Another: cant build the observatory(option doesn't show up) off of temple of honor(or whatever its called) event though there DEFENITLY enough room on the floor. There is nothing nearby the crosspiece except what it is built off of which I am trying to build opposite of.

Does it require second floor room to somehow? I dont now if tiles check verticaly
