Prime Access Upgrade

So I'm still a little curious as to how the upgrade option works for the Prime Access. Let's say I buy into the Charge package for the Rhino Prime release and I start ranking the weapons and spending the platinum. If I then later decide to upgrade to the Roar package, will it be for the upgraded price or a new separate transaction because I already went into using the contents?

The price you pay will be the package you want minus the price of the highest tier package you've already purchased.

It will cost the difference of the 2 packages, and you will receive whatever you didn't receive in the last one

If you go from Charge to Roar you pay 30 bucks.
