Warframe Concept History/ideas

I know im probably a little late to the party with this one, but now im curious.


 


ive been doing reading on the ORIGINAL concept for Dark Sector and how Warframe is a Revived originial Dark Sector, but i was thinking by the original concept they sounded like they were aiming to be in destiny's shoes and that Dark Sector was going to be less of a lobbied idea and more of an open world MMO. am i right about this? because if so then it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth when thinking about Destiny seeing as how that was supposed to be DE's spot and that Warframe is getting slightly shafted seeing their idea way back when being made Huge now. i mean this isnt putting into concept that Devs Ideas might have slightly changed or any other obvious variables.


 


simply put i know that devs are excited to see their idea get Attention in a huge way, but it makes me think that Warframe even as good as it is now is only a fraction of the game envisioned at conception.


 


 


also as a statement to DE, i know Dark Sector(actual launch game) wasn't what was envisioned doesn't mean it needs to be ignored. i think it would be cool to see some more ideas pulled from that game seeing as how they technically are the same game or..... sorta. also noting that i have never played nor even knew dark sector existed when it came out and im just bairly getting into  the lore of Warframe so most if not all this is subject to change if given proof that i am wrong. so i actually i have no clue as to how much of the launch game is in warframe and its lore already or even know if some of the Ideas i had are even viable let alone planned.


 


for my example of how to use Dark Sector and idea, say an area some what like the void in idea and look cept dark much much darker like for some reason i see Void Rooms in Black and Red Colors instead of the normal White and Gold and it be called "The Dark Sector" say like a Nega Void or something and to get it you need to gain Sector Keys all of corresponding tiers like T1 Sector, T2 Sector and, T3 Sector and make these keys Rescues, Sabatoges, and Assasinations (games that predominately revolve around stealth) completing these keys leave Death Marks as acts of revenge from the Stalker. Sorta like these "Sector Keys" are keys to the stalkers ship or something along those lines. also makes these keys very very difficult to obtain like say alert only keys or drop at 50mins and the next at 100mins and so on in respective Survivals and high waves on Defense/Interception or something along those lines that way it gives vet players something to aim towards similar to a Raid on Most MMOs while still feeling very much Warframe. Also Amp the Difficulty like T1 Sector keys start at lvl 50+ enimies because i mean hell its the stalker's area. that dude isnt exactly supposed to be easy so nothing revolving around him should be easy. As Far As Drops go these would need to be Drops that are well worth the Challenge but not be something that's needed by low end Players or beginners. Like a Corrupted Mod esk idea. yaah know a bigger positive with a reasonable negative

i know people will tell me they have that its the derelict i see that as a Void that got taken over by infestation and so now is the sole breeding ground for infested and besides aside from wearing dragon keys those don't give to much challenge. seeing as how Infested cant shoot back. I'm not saying that Infested need rework just saying that because of the way they work they have challenges to high damage and distance. actually i prefer that they stay the same with the small addition of some ranged Enimies like something that can crawl on walls and the roof that can shoot/spit projectile poison/corrosive and can move fairly fast as to dodge and make harder to kill. just to keep the whole Vauban/Basille thing in Derelict Defenses from being so 1 sided.


 


Hopefully someone from DE will actually read this and reply or something because even if the idea gets shot down and trashed. idk i like seeing my input was at least noticed lol.


 


 


also my apology for kinda having the Idea take a major area of this post. i tend to start off with 1 thing get and idea then go into a full fledged sprint with said idea. if anyone wants let me know if you'd play something like that if it was made or anything revolving around this SAY IT PLEASE. i figure that if this gets enough hype (depending on how its received) then someone will eventually have to take notice of it and who knows maybe they might make a modified version of it.

lol multiply Maxed Stats by 4 and you will understand why that was OP as all Hell xD


 


im not really sure if Honed Talent needs to be Nerfed if it were in game xD
