Its randomly generated, it will come eventually. I'm from the UK myself and i got it about 2 months ago. They're now on a schedule so every item appears until they have all appeared and then they reset and loop over again but this still means the time they appear is random, just that every item should appear once a month or however long the cycle is. Just keep trying, it will come eventually.

For some reason i don't remember actually how i got that helmet, should be about 5 month or 6... i don't remember.... Well anyway just keep it going, if you have any Warframe alert app on witch mobile you use or witch operating system IOS or Google Play.

Just a heads up OP, the stamina boost version of that helmet isn't going to be around after U13. If you want it for the stamina boost (which will be useful in melee 2.0) i'd suggest buying it in the next few hours.

 

edit: just to clarify, if you own a stat altering helm you get to keep it after U13 (according to the devs) but all future helmets will be statless.

I was thinking the same about the Avalon helmet in the past

I had the twitter alerts on and it woke me up at 4 in the morning

It was a mobile defense alert with only 7 minutes remaining,boy my heart was racing and my boner steel-hard when i finished the mission

I don't think they give an actual estimated time, but Rebecca did state that they'd try to give us a week's notice, just in case.
