Mr.ominous
I was messing around with Glaive Prime earlier today and trying to get some good ricochet kills, but I noticed that it was very difficult to get the glaive to bounce into multiple opponents. This made me think that it may be a good Idea to give the glaive a weak magnetic quality after its first hit that helps it nail additional targets. (since it flies strait at the beginning, nobody should have a problem hitting their first target in the head without magnetism.) Anyone who played Ratchet and Clank: Going Command or Up Your Arsenal might remember the disk guns. I am suggesting a far weaker version of this. Someone else is bound to comment something like: "This takes all the skill and satisfaction out of getting multi-kills with the glaive." My response is, the effect can be very weak. It doesn't need to be an aimbot, the glaive just needs a little bit of help to hit multiple targets even on a good throw. There are many times that I throw it at a distant enemy, and then move so that it will hit an enemy on the way back, but the glaive magically curves around my other target. TL:DR the glaive's bounce and flightpath is not totally predictable, and a weak magnetic attraction to enemies would likely be a subtle way to improve its consistency. Nethaufer
I haven't used the Glaive, but I have used the Kestrel, and I don't think this modification would be unwelcome, as the bounces do seem to be somewhat erratic in nature. However, there would have to be some scaling if you have Whirlwind equipped on your throwable weapon.
MegpoidBeetle
maybe an After Touch mod for the Glaive when U13 pops in? :D
Warriorrogue
The bounces should aim towards enemies. Otherwise, you need quick return definitely.

Mr.ominous
Lets wait till the meele 2.0 hits and we see whats what yes? we have basically nothing to go on atm. I would bet that the normal throwing mechanics will remain very similar to how they are now. They are adding a lot of attack animations, but I am pretty sure that they won't change the physics mechanics of the throw, even if the button changes. Edit: Yes, it is the exception and it will maintain its charge attack. Scott: Its combos are out of control. Rebecca: Can you show it? Scott: *goes ahead and gets Glaive ready to showoff* Real magic begins: http://youtu.be/THYFOn4hHdI?t=1h7m39s Edited April 9, 2014 by Mr.ominous
