Is Excalibur Blueprint Worth Buying?

Obviously it has it's worth to anyone that did not select the Excalibur Warframe as their starter Warframe. My question is this. Is there any merit in buying and bulding a new Excalibur Warframe if you ahave the starter one? Are there any better benifits to a built one versus the starter one?

If you BUY an Excalibur you get also Orokin Reactor already installed in it, so your spendable points in modding are doubled. This doesn't happen if you choose it as starter or also if you craft it(unconfirmed)

Hades is not that hard to farm...

but if you buy him, then he will come with a yellow potato, which you wont get from crafting it/choosing it as a starter.

Nope, its solely for people who didnt pick it as their starter frame

The prime version is the only one worth getting, since DE has said they are going to plan to make him a very unique frame.

Gotya.. Just wasn't sure if it had more coded mod slots than the starter. So I can rest easy and not worry about buying it then.
