if you have an anger management problem then you should - as for the timer - there is a new feature that prevents multi posting

Uhm ... you ever heard of spam controll? People are literaly flooding the servers right now with chats hate messages new threads, its not just you its everyone so stop feeling like your entitled to special treatment.

 

This is natural thing to have happen after an update.
