Having read the patch notes, I have a few questions for anyone who has fought the new Vay Hek.

 

- Prosecutors spawn on random missions.  Personal experience is about 1 in every 2.5 missions on Ludi.

 

- Prosecutors drop 1 Beacon, but with Nekros' it is possible to get more than 1.  Personally I have gotten 3 Beacons in a single mission with two Nekros' Desecrating the body.

 

3 - Is the Vay Hek Frequency Triangulator consumed on use?  Consumed on mission completion?  Not consumed?

 

Trying to determine if it is worth the time investment to even bother getting the new Warframe.

 

Edit - Answered questions 1 and 2 from replies and personal experience.  Question 3 still undetermined.

 

Current estimate - Total farm time for Hydroid BPs approximately two hours given a group of four Nekros' farming Beacons.

To be honest when I saw how long it would take and how many was needed just to go one time to get one part I said screw that and just bought him, I had saved plat on purpose just for a situation like this. To some it may not be as fun but heck with this RNG stuff. Now I will collect those orbs at my own pace just to see what the new hek can do.

As far as I know, the key is consumed upon use, and you have to obtain 26 beacons again.
