Frame Drops When Entering Game, Better Throughout Round

When I enter, my frames are terrible. They get better later but when ever I enter another room, frames drop again. 

 

(don't laugh at specs =D)

Geforce 8600, vista32bit, 3gb RAM, intel quad core with 2.4ghz

This is happening to me as well. I've also been disconnected from the session multiple times. I know very well that my connection is close to perfect.
