Can't Build Twin Vipers Unless I Have Another Secondary Weapon.

With the addition of Melee 2.0 we can now unequip both primary and secondary weapons, however even though I have the Viper I was using unequipped I still can't build the Twin Vipers since I don't have another secondary. But I shouldn't need one since I can play without a secondary... I hope you guys can fix this soon.
