The Game Do Not Save Changes On Installed Mods, Colours, Etc.. If I Don't Play A Mission

Hi! :) As the title says: if I put new mods on a weapon or change colours skin to a warframe or a weapon, and then I exit the game without playing a mission, when I come back, the changes are not applied. The game saves changes only if i play a mission with those changes. This is really annoying. If i set up an entire new configuration, the game do not save it until i do not play a mission!

Sometimes going into the dojo, works aswell.
