Can't See My Combos; Game Needs Some More Icons

So, to be brief.

I found a stance mod for staves, and stuck it on my Amphis. Levelled it up, go to check the combos, and;

 

Now, why is it blank? Presumably because I have my melee bound to one of the buttons on the side of my mouse, and the game does not seem to have icons for these. No M3, M4, M5 or whatever, which would be of great benefit.
