..and attached a device to my warframe that weakens its powers. I can get the thing off by crafting smth the Lotus gave me.

 

The same thing with the flashing lights just like with the stalker, but the Lotus freaked out and ordered me to run to extraction and not fight.....i decided to wait because i was curious but it happened so fast i don't even remember the name..

 

Is this old stuff (i came back for U13 from U11) or U13 related? I don't know how to search on wiki >.<

its the grustag 3, a group of bloodthirsty ruffians who shackle your frame, the shackle can be deactivated by the blueprint lotus sent you, if you can successfully kill them all, you can obtain the components the craft the brakk hand shotgun

Thats the grustrag 3, they are basically the grineer version of the stalker, and the bolt makes you weaker when facing grineer units.
