Connection Error? Session Unavailable?

I don't know whether this is something with Venus, because almost time I played Venus I got someone popping up in the text box saying connection error, this is nothing to do with my connection. This makes the game really buggy, for example my ally's glitch around through the walls and eventually leave for no reason while i'm running around killing everyone. Just started playing against and when I joined it said "Session unavailable" which doesn't let me do anything except alt+f4 out of Warframe.
