Neurodes seem to have vanished.  Perhaps it's just a run of bad RNG, but I've been trying Earth and Eris all day and not seen a single one.  I've run Xini and Cyath six times each and not seen any.  I have averaged 2-3,000 nano spores per run, though.  So that's nice.  I've only got about a million of them.

Anybody know where we can get them?  With Hek behind a wall of grind, the only reliable source of tasty grineer brain-doohickies seems to have vanished.

For the 'feedback' part, it would seem to me that we need a boss on Earth or Eris who drops these things, especially since they're an ingredient for so many things (reactors, catalysts, formas...)

As someone who just started playing again, after a year or more, I'm going to have to concur that neurodes are quickly becoming a serious problem to acquire.

Xini. Run that for a while. Don't rely on bosses, find other places. Try new locations. Branch out and explore. Derelicts, Earth. Explore and stop using bosses as the one sole source of resources.

Blame DE for making bosses the most reliable source of rare resources. It's far faster to get the rare resources from bosses, since they're actually likely to drop it.

I can do a 30 min earth survival or 30 wave defense and not get a single neurode. In the same time i could kill HeK 6-10 times and potentially get a neurode each time.

Same thing in Saturn for OCells.

Like I said, the drop rate on Xini seems to have been reduced.

Some exploration has shown that Cambria seems to be a good source now, provide you've got a team that's dilligent with their marking.  The forest tileset tends to result in the canisters rolling to odd places.
