Is It Possible To Find Volt Parts?

I've been trying to work on getting a Volt but I don't know where to get the parts for him, according to the wikia you can get it though lab research but I've also been told that his parts can still be obtained by doing survival and defense missions, is this true? If so, where would be the best place to farm them?

Volt is not longer obtainable from the starchart. He is now in the tenno research lab in the clan dojo.

You can't get them as rewards. Whoever told you that was wrong.

I haven't heard of his parts coming from missions anymore.

He was moved to the lab as of update 12 so make sure you're not reading old info.

Dang, well, does anyone know a clan I could look into that has the parts unlocked? Kinda annoying to have some parts of the game be locked off unless you take part in clan gameplay...
