Accessories On Obex

The accessories on the obex are not in the right spot. They are floating a few inches under the feet. Not sure if it should be on the feet or not, but its there. See spoiler.

What are accessories? Haven't had the chance to play U13 yet, are they for all melee weapons? Are they linked to stances?
