Challenges Reset

Some of my previously completed challenges seem to have been reset. Most of the savior challenges have been reset for me as well as my progress on cheater of death. Had about 700'ish revives on it and now it's back to 1 which is a bit upsetting. Also, savior of europa and savior of phobos seem to be missing their icons.

same here, i lost most of my progress for my challanges.

 

EDIT: just checked my steam community, it also reseted my progress for Cryptographer to 1/1000 there.

Same thing just happened to me, logged in today to find any challenges that were "in progress" were reset to 0, namely Ciphers Solved and Revives. My stat page still tracks the actual total, but it's still a minor annoyance. No clue what could have caused it, haven't logged in to any other accounts or changed anything on my own.
