Excalibur Unable To Move

Sometimes my Excalibur sometimes enter a state where I cannot move normally. I can jump, crouch, use abilities to move, and use my melee to move slowly forward. Using WSAD causes the warframe to walk in place. Being revived by a team mate does not remove the bug but using a revive does. I cannot seem to see a cause for this but it has happened more than once.
