Given the stances, give us a room with a dummy where tenno can practice alone or with a partner. Also, please put a locker thing there so we can swap equipment while in the dojo instead of having to go out.

 

This will allow people to show off combos and practice them.

 

It will also allow people to test weapon builds on different dummies like infested charger dummies, corrupted heavy gunner dummies etc.

I got the SAME exactly idea...like a room with a dummy for each faction so we can test our builds and a locker where we can customize weapons and warframes (like the Arsenal menu).

 

I think we Really miss it..

Okay, here's the point: As nice as those new combos might be, I can't for the hell of it figure out the right timing. Sometimes I happen to do one by accident, but trying to do them willingly? No way.

So what I need, is a training room in my dojo. Another version of the duelling room, but with two additions.

First, it needs some kind of "Simon says", that shows me the right timing for the combo. A glowing orb or something, that pulses whenever I have to press E to execute the combo.

Second, I need a training dummy. Something like an unarmed spectre, that doesn't die, no matter how much I beat the crap out of it.

Because right now, my approach to most combos is "Instructions unclear, continue to mash E". And I don't think that's neither what DE wanted nor what Melee point two deserves.

I was about to make a topic about this. I thought the same exact thing just 10 mins after equipping a stance mod and trying out the combos. We really need a Training room for practicing melee combos and possibly a shooting range.

 

Mainly for practicing combos but a shooting range I think would complete the package as a Training Room. Go for a high score in the shooting range and have a clan leaderboards so you can compete with your fellow clannies.

 

If the Melee Practice dummies are added, they should also display your current combo input (just like a training mode in a Fighting game) so that you can get the combo down precisely. Also, if they could display the total damage output of the combo that was performed would also be helpful, this way you know which combos are the best to use.
