After returning after waiting a day for DE to fix some glaring bugs, I hunted for some argon. I found it, that's not the point.
My confusion stems from finding a Burning Wasp stance, dropped from a corrupted lancer. After all, I had copied down the drop tables for all the new stances not 3 days ago, and Burning Wasp was dropped only from Regulators and their Frontier variants.
Confused, I checked the codex system to see if any changes had been made...

Only to find that not only did you rebalance the ENTIRE drop table system for stances, you made it even worse than it previously was.

Just days after the community voiced it's rather concerned opinion that finding the new stances you've overhyped for months was too difficult, and that farming for a specific one was near impossible, you decide to alter the drop tables, comprised mostly of elite crewmen, some moas, some bosses, and some grineer, to include
-Corrupted enemies from the void that we wouldn't be farming without the excruciating prime drop tables [which have now an overabundance of keys, thanks for that] and the agonizingly sparse argon crystals,
-Infested enemies, which after the Contagious Spread debacle, I am not amused with, considering that at this moment there is no other reason or location to fight Infested,

-Yet more Bombards, Napalms, and other rare enemies that are difficult to find.

I'm not sure you understand, Digital Extremes. Our complaints are that the enemies you placed stances on were too difficult to find, and that when found, they did not drop.
This was not a plea to diversify the drop tables by adding yet more rare/uncommon drop sources.
This was a plea for us to test your game and experience the content that you made us so excited to see.

At the very least, SAY that you've rebalanced the drop tables. Don't send out a notice to get the community behind "discovering the locations of primes and mods" and then stealth-change more than half of it.

I do think that a more public announcement  about droptable changes would've been helpful and DE should learn from this for future reference.

As for the mods themselves -  I do approve of moving most of the mods off of bosses, but there are a few odd ones that stand out, like both Polearm mods being dropped only from Corrupted Ancients and Heavy Gunners (basically Whirldwind all over again). Stance mods for the more common weapons (looking at you, Iron Phoenix/Crimson Dervish) shouldn't be harder to obtain than say, Machete stance mods (which for most players can only be used on Prova and a single Kama yet drop much more often)

They did rebalance the drop tables. It was announced in Hotfix 13.0.3

Fixed Stance Mods not being included in the proper drop tables - Codex has been updated to reflect fix.

What 8bit_Ghost said. They declared this openly. U13 was rushed out, we all knew that when it took past midnight to get the release after already being pushed back. Clean up like this is to be expected.

Found a machete stance today. Whoo. Too bad I hate the machetes (and prova), with a passion.

Would be nice if the stance mods were an universal random drop like Fusion Cores, but with a random stance instead. But I know that is just wishful thinking.

P.S. Where do you find those leech ospreys anyway? I haven't been able to spot any outside alerts.

Napalms and Bombards aren't rare. If you go past 10 minutes on Apollodorous they spawn more frequently than lancers.

I went with an unranked Nova... Never again.

Yeah, the problem is getting past 10 minutes on appolodorus. With the spawn rates "balance", I run out of O2 around 12 minutes, before seeing a single heavy.

Maybe if more people realize where DE wants to go with the game, they will actually do something

And that would be?

Where do you think they want to go with the game?

Grind will always be part of the game thats a fact and im okay with it,good grind can be fun

But after all the time that people have complained about abusive RNG you'd think DE would've learned something about it

But they didnt, they keep adding more RNG at every occasion they get

Do you think they care that much?

Well, they've been claiming that they plan to reduce the grind. Admittedly, those words seem a bit hollow in retrospect.

Are you suggesting that is hard to go past 10 minutes on apolloderp?

That's strange because i solo there 30 minutes without any problems. (Not Nekros)

It's normally about enemy quantity and O2 drop rates.  I've been forced to extract from many survivals earlier than 15 minutes in simply because I was surviving from pod to pod with almost no O2 drops in between.  It can get kind of ridiculous.

Business comes first. DE has to eat too, you know.

If business picked up, I'm sure the would loosen up a bit.

I call that BS. Apollodorus solo with Braton can easily reach 15-20 minutes. With proper gear like Detron mod with radiation/corrosive, it's cakewalk.
