1. Would you use an Orikin Reactor on Nekros?

2. Whats best way to build Excalibur? Heard he'll be a beast in U13 with melee 2.0

3. Whats the way to build the Marelok?, idk if its spelled right but yea I need some advices with these, thanks !

1. I'm using Reactors on every frame. Though I got lot of them from Closed Beta, when they were more common. Nekros is a good candidate to potato, his Desacrate is extremely useful with Overextended and Fleeting

 

2. Check on http://warframe-builder.com

Generally you want maximum duration and range (energy cost is secondary) for Radial Blind. Blinded enemies can be stealth-killed.

3. Check on Builder as well. Generally speaking, the same thing as for every other pistol - damage, multishot, fire rate.
