Bring Back Retired Melee Weapons

The Machete and the Ether daggers. Because we have a Machete stance, and theres no way to get your hands on a Machete right now, unless you got the Machete wraith or got the blueprint from the regular one. For me, its the wraith version. But newer players cant have it. For the Ether daggers, we basically only have one dual dagger, Fang and its primed version. Thats a bit low. So please bring back those two.

For quite some time. It, like the Gorgon, was removed from the market and placed as a login reward. I can't give you the exact update build number off the top of my head.

Of all the retired weapons (boar, ether daggers, machete, gorgon) I'm almost certain the gorgon is the only one still available, as it was never removed from the login rewards roster.

 

I believe the only other weapons on the login rewards roster are the glaive and dual zoren.

I dont think the Machete is a login reward, thing is simply gone.

What i find strange is that a weapon with no way of getting has its own stance, but ichor,zoren and cleaver dont.

The machete always had a unique animation set. I suppose getting its own stance is a sort of evolution of that.

 

I'm pretty sure the prova (corpus prod from clan research) also used the machete animations, so I suspect that it might use machete stances too.

Would rather have a new pair of daggers made instead. 1.2 speed, high critical chance/damage, nearly even base distribution that leans slightly towards impact.

 

The sundering weave stance should work for Kama. It is basically the Machete's replacement.

On the topic of machetes, while the Machete itself is unavailable, the single Kama and the Prova both accept machete stance mods.

Kama and Prova are "machetes."

 

Anything dual-wield axe is considered "dual swords."
