Countdown/ /loadout Screen Showing No Weapons If Only Secondary Equipped

Had only Primary and Secondary equipped, unequipped Primary to get maximum Affinity on Secondary.

 

Loadout shows just my Warframe, no weapons.

 

I do have my Secondary, Hikou, in missions though.
