Bio-Mechanical Signature Detected?

So, I was starting the Kela mission and right at the beginning this transmission comes in:

Now, I searched the whole map after killing Kela and found nothing, then I went to extraction and nothing happened. What was the transmission talking about? I doubt it was a warning for the Harvester because it was a Grineer mission. Could it be the new "Orokin Tenno Spectre" that appears in the Codex?

I think she's referring to the fact that Kela is a cyborg.

I thought that too, so I restarted the mission several times and only twice I got this message, so I doubt she's referring to Kela.

Yeah we've gotten that info for a long time now. Kela is like 80% machine, just like the other Grineer.

It could be referring to the Grineer? They do a lot of mechanical augmentations to their biological bodies.
Edit: I mean, the Grineer in general. It could be a new way to refer to them.

Oh well, it was the first time I heard it after several Kela runs so I thought it was something out of the ordinary. But if it's nothing special then it's nothing special. Anyway, thank you for clarifying it:
