RyanGo Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 By the glory of the RNG Gods, I obtained a sinking talon stance (Jupiter-Alad V runs). I'd like to say that this stance looks absolutely amazing. However, I was running fangs on apollodorus and when I was using the 2nd combo (melee twice, pause then melee <This causes you to leap up in an arc and spiral down slashing at the nearest enemy, next melee also causes spinning slashes) It seemed that I wasn't hitting anyone with the 3rd move. There were butchers right next to me, but when i came down it didn't seem like I was hitting them. With the next move it also seemed to not touch them. On the 2nd half of the fourth move, my blades finally hit them (maxed fang vs. lvl 2 butchers one hit kill). Anyone else having similar issues? I don't think its a range problem since they were literally right next to me.
Diun Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 I also experienced this problem. When I use the dual ether daggers with the sinking talon stance's longer combo, I notice that the jump forward attack and the slashing animations after it rarely connect with enemies.
CubedOobleck Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 I also have sinking talons, but I stopped using it because all the combos make you jump forward a couple meters and that usually means you move away from the enemies that are right next to you. I don't think it's the problem you are describing, just my complaint towards the stance it self. I hope the other dual dagger stance is more stationary.
