I have been seeing this for a couple of weeks. My first clue was upgrading a weapon mod that my Sentinel also had a copy of. One was upgraded & one was not. If I upgrade to the same level as the other, when I go to close out the window it will tell me that there is a conflict, and offers to auto resolve. This has happened with Rare Mods and now Common. (Rare is the if thing I would throw resources at) At first I just blamed it on my old fart memory, but you notice the empty slot on the Sentinel later.

I have to try to remember not to upgrade 2 mods to the same level else I may lose the card. I this point I suspect I have lost Rare Mods also.

Well I came here to post a mission bug but I will add to this.

At this time I have been bit by the same issue only to be uncertain that I am losing rare cards/mods and the fusion cores used to up-grade them.

Sadly at this time I can not recommend anyone spend real world money on these items as I have in that I have a feeling they have been going missing. Looks to me like the mods do not get a Unique Indentifier variable as they get upgraded/attached to a weapon. Besides the conflict that arises between cards on the sentinel and shared weapon type. I ran in to trying to upgrade the shotgun on the sentinel only to be told it would put my primary weapon (Sobeck) over it's power requirements. So I took the card off the Sobeck and upgraded the sentinel, then put the card back on the Sobeck.

If I can figure out how to get a support ticket open I will ask for an accounting of my Cards and Cores. I am talking $ here.
