First time i got tranquil cleave after i finish the mission :Could not update account information. Second run again i got tranquil cleave and iron phoenix AND COULD NOT UPDATE ACCOUNT INFORMATION FIX THIS I CANT EVEN DO RUNS ALL MY FRIENDS I WAS WITH THEY GOT IT EXCEPT ME. Have you tried asking them to trade one of the spare cards that they go on the run? Also, try contacting support if you can prove who you were with and what mission and what times they might just refund you. I've asked them before and they've seemed willing enough to do it my issue turned out to be my bad connection so they couldn't help me, but they could help you. That does suck for you... sucks indeed. Not sure what the problem could be. You will most definately have to see support if it's an account problem. I've never experianced that before so there really isn't much I can help you with. Sorry!

HexCaliber Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 (edited) Good for you, i have done over 20 solo runs all around the 30 minute mark and have nothing, sorry just venting. Your problem is related to your network connection and its unlikely DE can do anything, it is timing out when contacting the warframe servers at the end of the round, the end result your client cannot update your account with the items you looted during the run. Usual advice applies, don't have anything accessing your net in the background when playing, check with your isp see if their are current issues, check router logs, reset the router etc. Edited April 14, 2014 by HexCaliber

It can be common since our game is still in Beta, but unfortunately it's one we can't offer much support for."My game crashed during a mission." & "Failed to save progress. Data was not saved."This is unfortunately something Support cannot help with. When these occur, there's no record of your mission for us to investigate, so we're unable to restore the lost items. We're constantly working to solve these issues as they pop up, so we ask you to be patient with us while we work to improve Warframe.
NitroMidgets Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 I stopped trying to get beyond 20min in Survival because of either disconnects, lag spikes as the drops laying around builds and not getting rewards after long runs. I had a booster that I wasted an entire day with Friday because the bugs were so bad. The answer I got was essentially "sorry, too bad". That was the last time I spend any plat on this game. That is S#&$ customer service when they know damn good and well things went to S#&$ with u13.
