Misson Reward Bug

Okay so today i just got a tier 2 mobile defense key.i do it solo and at extraction is says that i got boar prime stock (What i need) and then i go to the foundry and i was gonna build the boar prime and then it says i dont have it! i looked at my keys and i got that key back but when i do it again it says i got the same thing but this time the key is gone and no part. This makes me very mad! >:(

Hey for me is a bit the same as you but mine is different. What happen to me is my friend open the key and then we play in survival for 45 mins and then when i came out the item drop slot and item exp slot turn to white and then i go look in my inventory and it show up that i didn't get any item but my friend got all of the item so can you please help me for this. This also make me very mad too >:(

Did a 49 minute survival today, went down at the end but didn't die. Had a black screen at the end but when the game finally responded I went to look at the rewards and I got nothing. There was even a stance mod I didn't have included in that run....

 

Same thing happened to my friend yesterday too, also a survival. Though it's scary to see that it's happening in more than just survivals.

 

One thing to note is that I did lose connection to warframe servers after getting out of the run. It wasn't that my internet went poof, cause everything else was working just fine. My friend didn't lose connection though, so I don't know.

I had something different yet similar. 
Twice now have I gone for stance mod hunt; one survival on Earth and one defense on Phobos. So far so good, nice drops and all, but. No trace in inventory.
The missions were completed, all other rewards accounted for, but the stance mods were nowhere to be found. Weird.
