"clone Gear" Option Or "approved Builds"

What do you think of this:

 

When in a conclave lobby or when you enter an in-progress conclave match, you can see the other player's builds and (provided you have the same frame unlocked) you can clone their gear for the duration of the conclave match.

 

Alternately or in addition to that, the host could enable/disable their various frame mod set ups (A, B, C) as builds that the players must choose from.

 

Weapons could also be cloned but would not have to be.

 

Not saying this system should replace anything, just suggesting it be an option.

Would be a thing of skill but would ruin the point of leveling outside of PvP/Conclave.

I disagree with this, only because for me, in an ideal warframe pvp, I wouldn't know what I was facing and they wouldn't know how I was rolling. It lets the highly customized system to be used and be able to be surprised/surprise the opponent(s)
