THE BOLT SPEED GOOD LORD

 

Seriously though the bolt speed needs increased significantly, atleast to where its on par with the traditional bows. It is extremely difficult to even remotely use this as a sniping weapon and requires you to be fairly close to not have to lead 30 ft(exaggeration) infront of whatever your shooting at. So far its very fun to use and feels very different from the rest of the guns in the game, but again the bolt speed is horrendous. A slight buff to this would be extremely usefull.

It's too slow to be a sniper weapon, the fire rate/damage is too low to be used as a close weapon. And how often, specially with melee 2.0, are you in a "middle range" fight?

Still very often, actually. Depends on your playstyle. The problem is that with only 8 bolts in the mag, you're going to be hitting that 2.8 second reload a lot.

I agree, a little Projectile speed would be good too, even if I still Manage to hit enemies moving. Dem leading shots...

My thoughts for a better Attica:

 

• Slightly faster reload speed.

   

   

• Faster travel speed.

   

   

• Make the weapon silent by default.

   

   

• Increase punch through slightly.

 

Any one or two of these options would make the Attica a much better weapon in my opinion.
