Shield or Health? which one is better?

shield regens. Health does not.

sheilds are hit first. Health is your last line of def.

it also depends on what your warframe specializes in based of base stats. the choice is your actually.

depends. For most frame and most builds, Shield. Some frames have heal abilities and high armor and above average base health. I choose heath for them.

For example. I run health with Saryn because she has high base armor and health. I also have life steal on my melee. So it works out.

Health can be a problem with toxic ancient and those bleeding.Bleeding can be blocked now still annoying nevetheless

Building health with frames like valkyr is perfect,or any frames that have high base health and low shield pool. This goes both ways

depends on the frame and if your fighting infested or not.

most times if fighting Corrupted/Grineer, HP and Shields are handy, you can still bleed out past your shields, corpus you can often get away with just shields, and vs infested you only need HP tbh.

then theres some frames that can make efficient use of the Equilibrium mod, Nekros and Oberon, its handy to skip the shield mod and only take Vitality with/without Vigor so you take hp dmg more often and this synergises with Equilibrium quite nicely, esp with all those HP orbs kicking around both frames can produce.

other frames liek a Blindcalibur can manage with only HP vs any enemy as you can just spam blind whenever you like and your shields dont take much of a hit and regen nicely.

basically theres no 1 option suits all, theres lots of factors that can affect your setup.
