Help Connectivity Issue

i thought it was fixed but seems theres still a little prob, i was playing T1 surv and got 1 argon crystal and maxed my attica and when extract it didnt save progress and i got logged out and cant re log and try to send support ticket and can't bcuz it said i havent log in while im actually am right now, and when i want to log in , i can't ...... so what to do now im clueless....... but importantly i need that crystal
