Volt Speed & Electric Shield

I feel Volt is a bit slow for an electric based frame, sprint speed wise i just think he should be a little faster without the need to spam Speed.

 

Also I want to request that Electric Shield be altered a bit. This may just be me but can the distortion within the shield be cleared up some? I sometimes have a hard time seeing targets clearly through it, close and long range, after all half it's function is to shoot through it for bonus electric damage while it's protecting me.

His sprint speed comes up every week and many wouldnt mind if most 1.0 frames get a little boost.

 

And for the shield, change your particle settings to low and restart the game. It will look like glass.
