Electricity Status Proc Damage?

It says on wiki 50% base damage, so I assume thats 50% of weapon's damage only including stuff like hornet strike, serration.., etc.

Somebody told me it includes elemental mods also, and castana has so many numbers spew out I can't test it for myself. Can somebody tell me what is included in that 50% dmg?

AFAIK elemental mods wont increase proc damage, only %age that you get that proc type when using multiple damage types.

 

For example, I use a r0 instead of r5 fire mod to save points when making gas on Anti-Corpus proc builds, because the damage of the proc is unaffected.
