Frost's Avalanche Update

How is Frost's Avalanche doing in production right now? It's been over a month since the bug fix and I just want to know where it's going from the DE.

Really wish they would change the effect for it. It's really poor. I'm sure something better could be used.

frost's avalanche had its freeze duration from oct 2012 (10.3) to march 2014 (12.4)

thats like 5 months.. to fix the bug 

 

but thats the past now.. its been 52 days since avalanche lost it is freeze duration

ever since then there have been countless threads asking for its reintroduction

 

obviously many players want to enjoy playing frost that way

these players built their frost around avalanche, choosing to forgo reliance on snowglobe, only to have it inexplicably taken away with a stealth fix after five months of it apparently working as intended

 

no one can argue its game breaking or overpowered because well its simply not

if anything its the opposite, it perfectly suits frosts defensive playstyle and ice/freezing theme but with avalanche having more utility it allows u to be the opposite of snowglobe spamming frost - more mobile, more active , more fun

 

its almost been 2 months, isnt it time ole' frosty players get some feedback on their favorite skill or even better an actual change

Can we even really call Frost an ice warframe?

 

 

What attributes of ice does he use? Last time I checked, ice froze things.

Perhaps it's because he got a cold, and wears the trenchcoat because of it.

 

But yes, Snow Globe gameplay is boring to death and Avalanche is useless unless you're cleaning low level trash,  so Frost will stay on the bench until they fix this.

Maybe changed Avalanche to deal cold damage equal to 20% of enemy health (affected by power strength) and slow 4 seconds (affected by power duration).
