Furis Or Seer, Which One Is Better?

Just about the same time I got the seer diagram (btw, still haven't been able to build it) I got the furis handgun diagram in those "daily awards". I'm almost completing both, but before I do, which one is better? The seer or the Furis?

Also, I'm 2 neurodes away to get the furis, but haven't been able to get em on Earth and still haven't reached Uranus. Any help on that, too?

They're totally different weapons for totally different uses.

 

Being a player of extremes (extreme long range & extreme close range), I prefer to use the Seer due to it's large zoom, and tracking isn't a problem.

 

Furis are a spray and pray weapon; moderate ammo efficiency, not a ton of damage, but there is a lot of ammo for it to eat up and the fire rate is fast.

Furis - spray&pray

Those are two completely different weapons.

Ah, then i think I'll go with the Seer, once I have it. I'm more of a fan of long-range.
