Helping A Healer

I've recently picked up Trinity and I love her so far. Being able to actually people and play a big supportive role during missions. The only problem is, on the Ps4 anyway, is that I do not have a way of knowing if someone is in need of help. Is there a way I can find that or do I just have to continue guessing if my comrades new assistance?

in the settings menu there is an option to turn on player names, which lets you see your entire teams shield/HP as well as revive timers if down on the right side of your screen, under your own health and stuff.  very useful. I think they should turn that on by default honestly.
