(PSN)Juicyington Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 (edited) -Insert Warframe name here- (Not good with names at all) If female: Iaso. ( Greek goddess of cures, and modes of healing)If male: Vejovis. (Roman god of healing) Abilities-#1: Still thinking about this skill. I can't seem to find a skill that would benefit the frame while being a #1-#2: Pulsation: An insta-cast on a single target that pulses. Each pulse does 50/100/125/200 amount of damage. Pulse damage is converted to healing from Convalesce and adds an additional 1/2/3/5 percent to all that is being healed by Convalesce. -#3: Infused/Infusion: Infuses the casters bullets so that instead of doing damage, they heal allies. Each shot does .5/1/2/4 points of health per shot. (Can be altered) #4: Convalesce: The Warframe cast an aura around itself with a range of 15/20/20/30 with an infinite duration.(This could be changed.) All the damage the frame deals upon enemies will be converted to 1/2/3/5 percent of health to allies and the original caster. Stats Health: 175(350 at 30) Sheilds: 50(150 at 30) Energy: 125(200 at 30) Armor: 50 This frame could still be doing damage and would still help the team out a lot being that it would have to be on the front lines doing damage in order to get heals out. Now I'm not good with numbers and damage/heal input I just thought I'd throw my idea out there. Feedback is very welcome.P.S. Just don't make the comments to harsh... This is my first pitch..Edit 1: Added name suggestions.Edit 2: Added #4 power name.(could change again)Edit 3: Reworked #2 and added #3 name. Edit 4: Added damage for all powers and added stats of the frame. Edited April 28, 2014 by (PS4)Juicyington
Orbister Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 I like that u faced this from a tactical point of view instead of starting from the theme, like "vampire frame" or "loli frame" or "swaggerframe" or "yoloframe" good games rely on intelligent mechanics, not only pretty themes, and i do agree that different forms of healing would be a very good idea, i am currently using life strike in combination with rage and low shield frames, and it works very well, but it is just a form of selfhealing, so any other form is welcome imo.

Right now when I'm running my Nekros I have my friend use his Oberon for our "self-healing". It works decently enough. As for your current way of self-healing, playing on the Ps4, I wouldn't know xD I just know that as a game grows we need more variety. Just adding in more utility frames or OP Dps frames wouldn't make the game fun. I like having a diverse squad. Coming from a MMO standpoint I like playing with a Tank(Rhino) DPS ( Anyone with a good gunxD) and a healer, (Oberon, sometimes Trin, it just isn't fun being invincible.

Cosmonu Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 So....Trinity, but...Heals only? Sorry, I skimmed through the post, It's late here in Australia :/
(PSN)Juicyington Posted April 28, 2014 Author Posted April 28, 2014 So....Trinity, but...Heals only? Sorry, I skimmed through the post, It's late here in Australia :/Not really. Considering the way it would heal is fundamentaly different. And the #2 has damage abilities. Everything is subject to change:p
(PSN)Juicyington Posted April 28, 2014 Author Posted April 28, 2014 Changed the #2 power and added in damage numbers for the ones I could.
