Is Dark Dagger Good As An Anti-Grineer Weapon?

I'm building the dark dagger and wondering if it's viable end-game with radiation, corrosive, and blast as the combos.

Radiation is great against heavy Grineer, Corrosive is great against armoured Grineer, Blast is good against... Pretty much everything. And the proc is great.
It'll be a Grineer killer.

Great against Bombards, Elite Lancers, Napalms and Eviscerators. Radiation is also a great proc if it hits a strong unit. Free Chaos which can practically kill a whole squad.
