You know, I actually really like the design of Hellions for the most part. Their flight capability and variety of offensive tools (including the exploding jetpack as a Parthian shot) make them unlike any other enemy in Warframe and generally close to what I think a lot of players want.

But, I think they would be less annoying to encounter in large groups if their missile damage type weren't Blast. The Grineer are already a faction that relies too much on knockdown and if Hellions did Fire or maybe even Electricity damage it would bring some diversity to the faction while refocusing their role on high amounts of damage, not being yet another Grineer knockdown unit. You could even buff their missile damage at this point maybe....

nah, the only thing i wish is that we could give our sentinels blast shields (protection from AoE) because my sentinel dies way too fast from hellions.

Note: my Sentinel is built as a tank and still dies fast.

Or from Oxium Drones... Their only existence is to pop Sentinels...

They knock us down and I can accept it. We're hit by rocket barrage. Getting positioned on our cheeks is natural in such situation.

But I would appreciate lower proc chance.

This is where I really wish they hadn't taken away block from normal gunning stances.  It was at least somewhat useful at keeping you on your feet.  Now Phobos runs are mostly "make sure you don't get clusterbanged by hellions" maps.  I like the challenge and they are great unit, but the ability to really mitigate their damage/knockdown in large groups would be nice.  Say, by reinstituting block from gunning stance and just making it cost tons of stamina or something?

The most annoying part is that hellion's rockets are homing. You just can't avoid them.

Yeah, this is my biggest problem with enemies with guided-missile attacks (namely Hellions and Jackal; bombards are fine). They're not only fast, but they curve at ridiculous speeds (to the point of hitting you around cover if you're not already behind it at the time of launch), meaning that, in too many cases, your only chance at avoiding the rockets is to kill the enemy before they can launch any. Not the best design.

Getting unavoidably stunlocked to death by a level 30 Jackal during alerts (even with Super Jumping and leaping from wall to wall) is humiliating and not fun.
