Falling Through Map During Mission

Basically I had died and as I was using a revive someone rhino used stomp. when I revived I was falling through map. I was really bad experience because it was an alert mission with heat sword bp

I had the same twice today, when i pressed revive i just fell off again and again. Burned trough all my revives since it happend twice and couldn't join my teammates again.
