TheOnlyVapor Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 Lets say that I get phase specter on Easy for 3 points on Mars. Do i get a stronger phase specter if I get it on a medium level planet for 2 points?
Wahooo Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 No, the different types of specter are the different levels. A Phase specter is a phase specter no matter where the BP came from.
