Rhino is a juggernaut  offensive frame.

Mag is more of a caster support frame.

I'd go with rhino, more versatile , because mag isn't really good vs grineer but  she's deadly vs corpus , very very deadly

I guess for myself I always potato any frames I have or get & any Prime, Wraith or other limited edition weapons. The only weapons I potato that are not prime/Wraith or LE have to be exceptionally good like the Soma used to be or still is.

U can often get potato's for FREE from invasion missions or alerts so don't panic too much if you only have 1 or 2 atm

Out of those 2 frames I would do the Rhino Prime first then the mag aftewards

Generally speaking you'll regret using a reactor on Rhino once you get Rhino Prime.

Rhino can also do most of what he needs to without all that mod capacity. I'd use it on Mag Prime, she was a lot of fun.

If I'm reading it wrong and you have both Rhino Prime and Mag Prime my sentiment still stands.

Mag prime dawg

First I thought you had rhino prime but since you don't mag prime is the better choice

I was waiting a month to get all the rhino prime parts so that I could finally use that potato on him and delete rhino

I'd say Mag Prime.  My favorite frame I've played.  Deadly vs corpus and corrupted, and pull is just -fun-, and in lower levels with a half-decent potato'd build, pull will wipe the floor with entire rooms of any enemies, which makes invasions on Saturn and earlier planets a breeze to clear.

Use it on Rhino prime, if not then Mag prime > Rhino.

Also, if you often go void or corpus, mag prime is very deadly. For Rhino, he is very convenience in all type of mission, from up to 35min survival, Rhino  can beat every frames since he is a jack of all trades.

Mag= Specialist for shield faction but kinda average against other factions.

Rhino= Good for all types but not a specialist.
