IMHO you have little chance to win.

 

Even though I saw a lot of users in the forum said they don't like Eclipse, players in game don't really care about the 25% tax.

 

And they like instant credits (15k epic battle pay). As long as Eclipse keep offering 15k battle pay, no one can take their nodes away.

 

 

What if you offer 15k battle pay too?  Trust me, Eclipse can always offer more than you do if they want.
