Friendly Ice Leader Debuff Allies

I just found a friendly ice leader during an invasion game, and the strange thing is that everybody in his radius got slowed by him ._.

 

i don't think this is supposed to happen

no it's not, i know that from my screen you can't state that, but i was playing, and it wasn't a visul effect, i got actually slowed xD
